Attention Colorado Readers! During the week of July 27 to August 3, Colorado authors are donating their books to Little Free Library boxes across the state for a Colorado Author’s League Book Bomb.

With many public libraries still closed due to the covid-19 pandemic, Little Free Libraries have seen an increase in usage and are filling a crucial public need (and they’re adorable).

I have placed autographed copies of Spirit Baby: Travels through China on the Long Road to Motherhood in book boxes in Boulder, Louisville and Erie. Part memoir, part travelogue, Spirit Baby tells of my five-year-journey through infertility, the healing benefits of travel, and the many wonders of China. Why not stay in, read, and take a trip to China in your pajamas?

So whether you are a fellow Colorado resident, or live elsewhere in the world, head to your neighborhood Little Free Library book box and enjoy a new summer read.
